My name is Latisha Aldridge and I use to work for Sav-A-Lot on Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas. I lost my job do to a customer coming inside the store while I am ringing up a customer and He stated to me that I wasn't doing my job and He told me that I was going to loose my job today cause he was in a rush and I was waiting for the other customer WIC transaction to go through. Once her Transaction was completed I told her, her remaining balance. The (guy) customer got mad when I told him that I was doing my job and he needed to address me correctly. And I also told him that I didn't have to ring him up at all so he called me a [censored] and he came around the register like he wanted to hit me. The security officer Gary Smith witnessed the whole thing and asked the guy to leave the store. The guy never left the store so the Manager Eric came to the front never asked me anything about what happened another employee walked me to the break room my shift was from 8:00am to 3:00pm. This all happened around 2:00pm on Monday August 19, 2019. I have been threaten by men at Save A Lot for doing my job that I am suppose to do and they gets made at me for no reason. I don't think that it is fair for me to be terminated from my job in behind a customer that comes in and want to pick with employee's. I was told the day after I lost my job that the guy that I got into it with is the same guy that started an argument with another employee that use to work at the same store.
