I went to whataburger today. It took over 10 minutes to get waited on. I was the only one waiting in line. Several of the associates just stood around and didn't try to help or go get help. No cashier was available. Finally an associate that just came into work went to the office and both the general manager and store manager were in there with the door shut. There should always be a cashier available. Another customer came in behind me and it took 5 minutes for him to get waiting on. This location (18253 Marsh Lane Dallas Tx) was not busy during this time (345pm). I consider this poor customer service and if I had been at a resturant I would not have tipped.
