I an submitting this information because on Saturday 11/23 I had a terrible experience at this Whataburger the drive thru line was extremely long and I sat in it for at least 30 minutes once I got to the microphone to tell my order the lady keep saying she couldn't here me but I guess she had her hand on the wrong button because I could hear her saying how I would have to just wait because they were very busy and trying to catch up on orders which was very disrespectful then I had to drive up to the front window to submit my order because they couldn't hear me and had to pull to the front of the building and wait for my 2 orders for them to both come cold and not made correctly this was the worst experience ever and when trying to call in about it I never answered my call this is completely unacceptable and I want this to be fixed I am a long term Whataburger customer and told I was treated very unfair I would like to speak with someone ASAP REGARDING THIS MANNER SIGNED MRS JACKSON

I waited to get my burger and fries for over 40 minutes. I was on lunch break and only had 30 minutes so I was already running over. I had to go ask them about my food for them to remember and they "found" it by the driver as the girl said. When I finally got it I had to leave in a rush but walking out the door I grabbed a fry and it was hard and cold. When I got to work, which is literally a minute walk away, I grab my burger and it feels like it's fresh out the fridge. I take a bite disregarding it and it has onions on it... I specifically asked for no onions because they make me throw up. I couldn't take the food back because I had a very important client coming in today and this location never answers the phones. This isn't the first innocedent but I want to insure it is the last.
