Paul Mitchell - balayage

On The evening of July 10 I walked in the salon to ask for a possible consultation/ appointment to have work done on my hair, I had pictures and specific questions and or instructions of what i wanted done.
I spoke to two stylist, one was Liz and the other lady I did not ask her name but was young and looked Hispanic. I showed them pictures of what I would like to have done and explained that I had gotten my hair done a year prior, and that I had paid five hundred dollars to which Liz mentioned it was too much money and proceeded to give me an estimate amount of two hundred dollars and guaranteed that I would be getting the result or very close to the result I was requesting, one of my requests was to not do anything to my roots, because I did not want to have to maintain my hair regularly and to keep my gray hairs intact, the process i wanted was balayage, to what Liz corrected my in the pronunciation, and said she could do it.
The appointment was set for Sunday 13 July at 1100, prior to my visit the morning of Sunday I called and asked if they required the hair to be clean, to which the person that answered seemed confused with my question and said it was up to me but that it did not matter. In prior experiences I have had, I have been asked not to wash my hair at least one day before the appointment.
At my arrival Liz sat me down and proceeded to separate my hair, and then started to apply bleach to my hair but used foil instead of plastic wrap, which is what had been done before, I asked her that I wanted BALYAGE and that the previous time my hair was colored they had used plastic wrap, she said "I know, I do it with foil, I call it foilyage" unable to see myself on the mirror to see what what been done I took a picture and noticed she was doing high lights, all the way to the scalp, I asked one more time, and asked that my hair stayed the same on the roots because once again I did not want to have to maintain my hair and roots, etc. She once again said no, your hair color will be the same.
Once she took off the foil and was washing my hair, I noticed she struggled to put her fingers through my hair. I feared she had over processed my hair, but did not mention anything to me and again I wasn't able to see my hair, she then started applying hair color to my roots, I asked why and she said it would not change my hair color. (I wanted my natural hair and wanted to keep my gray hair intact). She then applied TONER on the rest of my hair continuing to struggle with how tangled and frizzy my hair felt.
The end result was not pleasing, she cut some hair, that I assumed was necessary because it was too damaged at that point, I noticed the roots were darker but could not tell because she had applied some spray to my hair.
The following day I washed my hair and realized the extent of the damage to my hair, the color was not what I had asked, and the texture of the hair was very unlike my hair. I feel embarrassed of the way my hair now looks. I mentioned to Liz that my hair is my kids security blanket meaning they fall asleep laying on it or running their finger though it, but now the said my hair feels pokey.
I called the number listed online and left a message to speak to the manager and or the general manager but got no response, I had to go to Sally's to buy product for my hair to try and alleviate the dryness/frizz but nothing helped, the next day I called again, this time both the salon and the number I line, I left messages both in person and voicemail, but still did not get response, I had to go and buy more product to condition my hair, and still no response from anyone. Yesterday after I left more messages I decided to go to the salon and speak to someone in person, I spoke to to make stylist one of them Jonathan. Both of them very professional, listened and tried to understand what I needed.
At this point I do not trust or want anyone doing anything else to my hair. I have gotten estimates for other salons and the color repair and the time I have to wait along with the amount of money it will cost is too much and too long.
Please see the pictures attached of my hair prior and after the hair was colored along with the pictures I showed at the time of consultation. First 2 photos EXPECTED RESULT, next 2
Photos end result. Last 3
Pictures my hair before having anything done at this salon.
