I attempted in person and over the phone to cancel my membership 3 times and it still was not done. On July 1st went into the location to cancel. I was told cannot cancel as I have a balance due of $31.64, even though I was on autodraft for $21.64 per month. They could not explain why I had a balance. I went home & paid the balance on the website of $31.64. I then called and talked to a girl at that location. She said she would follow up & once payment was showing on their side she would cancel my membership. The following week, I returned to the gym, the gentleman at the couter looked up my membership & said, yes its cancelled. On my credit card statement today shows a charge for $21.64. I went into the gym to advise I want a credit back to my card. They stated my membership was never cancelled. Unfortunately I did not have the names of the employees I spoke to. Today, I signed another cancellation letter & spoke with the manager Frank & he advised it will be cancelled but they will not credit me back any money. They still cannot explain why for July I had to pay $31.64 in order to cancel. Now they are billing me again for July. They owe me $53.28 & I still do not believe its cancelled & I am afraid they will send the account to collections.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have tried several times to cancel my membership and they continue to bill me. I have used the gym once. They keep billing me and say that I have to pay the balance before I can cancel . Ridiculous.
