I have shopped at Ashley Stewart's Airport Freeway location in Fort Worth, Tx for years! However, in the recent months my shopping experience has been very disturbed by the current manager's behavior and treatment of customers and employees. The manager is very rude also hostile in temperament and tone. She is neither welcoming or warm. I have shopped on several occasions and decided as an end result not to purchase due to the unwelcoming atmosphere produced by the new management. Unfortunately, none of the employees are comfortable enough to say anything; making them just onlookers. So, they just watch while the manager behaves poorly 😕.
Desired outcome: The District Manager-Higher up managerial staff address what is taking place among the manager-employee; customer relationships at this location. Address the management behavior responsible for producing an unpleasant experience.

I have been a customer from the time it opened. Service was always pleasant. But now it is very toxic, for me and several of my friends. We have observed the Manager of this location ridiculing a staff member in a very hostile degrading manner while we shopped. Several ladies put down what we were purchasing and walked out. The Manager also talked very aggressively towards another lady who entered the store to shop. We all saw it. Please address the behavior of this manager or you will start loosing business.
Desired outcome: This manager needs training on how to address her staff and customers in a polite and courteous and respectful manner.
Ashley Stewart - return/exchange
I entered the store on Sunday, December 15, 2019. I had two items I was returned however, one of the items was I asked the sales person if I could exchange the shirt for another color. The undershirts on the rack were all 2 for $18 however, the sales person stated I could only exchange the same color, if I wanted another color I would have to pay more of obtaining a new color. I do not understand why I would have to pay anything different for the same shirt just different color. The sales person just gave me my refund and receipts and did not say Thank you nor please come again. This is by far one of the most unprofessional encounters I have experienced.
