I purchase a arch bed from rooms to go . When they came to set up my bed they had the wrong headboard, refuse to set the rest of the bed up without the correct at which time they left all the pieces to the bed on my living room floor and they took the screws with them. I complain about that of course. Had to wait another two weeks for someone to come out with the correct headboard couldn't put the bed together because there were no screws for the bed as the other guys took the screws with them. I complaint at which time they said that they would mail me the screws and send someone out. Got the screws in the mail almost two weeks again the guy comes out and it's the wrong screws. He goes out to the truck and says he has screws for the bed, he set the bed up. I now notice that the arches that holding the bed up is leaning it's not longer standing straight up. I take off the mattress and lord and behold I have 4 screws missing. My bed was not set up properly and they and they refuse to take responsibility for their worker cheating me out of the screws that I paid for. Mind you I paid for the bed in cash and spent almost two months to get the bed with two trips to the store to complaint and which time I was promise $79 refund from the store manager that I never got. They took my money and didn't complete the service I am so piss right now.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
