I went to the Arby’s on 4030 S Great Southwest Pkwy Grand Prairie, Texas. No one never ask to take my order in the drive-thru. At least three employees was inside, store lights in, but would not communicate with me. This was during regular business hours. This was on 4/24/23 at 7:30pm. They continued to watch me and another car look to see if they were open. All outside lights were on and no one attempted explain to us why we were not being waited on.
Desired outcome: An explanation or gift card
