This is our local store so we go there once a week at least. I went to the store on 4/10/2019 and ordered via drive through around 6:10pm. I ordered 2 chicken strips meal for my family and I requested 3 unsalted large fries. When I received my order I gave one potato fries to my daughter and she said " dad it's very salty" that made me to look into the bag carefully then I noticed I was charged for the large fries but they were significantly under filled and to make the matter worse they were salted. I had to go inside and talked to the staff, the operation director Caleb talked to me in a very confrontational way. He accused us of eating the fries and he insisted that they got our order right. When I asked him to look at and try the fries himself he refused. Then he said the grease mark on the fries box indicates that they were full. I couldn't believe what I heard. It took me less than 2 mins to park the car and get inside so how could I eat all the fries equally in less than 2 mins. Caleb after arguing with me for 10mins asked if I wanted to get refunded. By that time the rest of my food was almost cold, I was frustrated and offended.
I had to drive to another location in Dairy Ashford to get my food and they got it perfectly right.
*Does arguing with the customers about their order and accusing them of lying in front of the others make Chick-Fil-A's staffs professional and polite?
*If customers get charged for the large item why should they receive it under filled ?
*Why all the condiments get dumped of top of the fries? Does that make the fries more hygienic?
Please make sure that the staff who work for Chick-Fil-A represent the values and quality of the company and not their own aggression and personal issues.
