Chick-fil-A - The good christians could really care less!
Benchwood, Dayton, Oh store. Was in the drive thru line at 10:10. Car in front of us took about 20 minutes to order. People were honking horns, backing up to try to get in the other line & turning completely around to leave risking an accident. When I was finally able to switch lanes, pulled to the window at 10:29 and a guy was turning the sign around to...

As someone who appreciates a good chicken sandwich, I must say that my visits to Chick Fil A have been a mix of experiences. The chicken sandwiches are indeed delicious, and the waffle fries make a perfect side. The customer service has been exceptional at times, with friendly staff and quick service. However, there have been instances where the quality fell short. For example, I once ordered chicken nuggets that were disappointingly small and overpriced. Despite these inconsistencies, I do appreciate Chick Fil A's commitment to community involvement and philanthropy. It's a place where you can have a pleasant dining experience, but it's essential to manage your expectations based on past reviews.
Rude Managers (I’m guessing that’s who they were)
Today, April 18, 2024, approximately 6:15pm, I took my grandson to the Chick-fil-A in Newtown, PA. We went through their drive thru. It was busy, but when I got up to the window for our order, which was for two-8 pack nuggets meals. Yet, after waiting in line, we finally get to the window. They handed me our two drinks, but then said we need to park for our order. I elected to wait at the window. The kid at the window said to the heavy set manager ( refused to give me her name & corporate’s phone number) threatened to cancel my order if I didn’t move. Then out of no where a tall husky guy with glasses threatened me & also refused to give me his name and corporate’s phone number. He threatened to cancel my order. He had no clue what the situation was since he wasn’t near the pickup window.
I feel I was truly mistreated and should not be threatened like I was and to be attacked by those two unprofessional managers, or who ever they are.
Those two don’t know how to deal with customers, all they want to do is act like big wigs and threaten customers. I never cursed, but I may have raised my voice as I was so frustrated at that time.
If it wasn’t for my grandson’s birthday, I would have requested a refund and left. Unfortunately, due to my grandson getting so upset on his 13th birthday. I had no choice to go park & wait. Yet, while we’re were waiting, here goes several cars after mine getting their food and drinks. Something is wrong with management. He/she doesn’t know how to operate their business professionally.
I sure hope you can rectify how the business should be operated.
I appreciate you looking into this subject matter.
Regards,
Barbara Feeney.

Disappointing Delivery: A Review of Chick-Fil-A's Food and Service
I went to Chick-Fil-A a few months back and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mess. There were so many people crammed in there that it took forever to get my meal. I was practically stuck by the exit door, waiting and waiting.
But today, I decided to give it another shot and ordered some food for delivery. I got two 12-piece nuggets, a small box of 6 filets, and a small macaroni and cheese. The total cost was $44.57, which is pretty steep if you ask me. And to make matters worse, they added a delivery fee of $2.99 and a service fee of $4.14. I mean, come on. Why would there be a service fee for something that Grubhub picks up and brings to my home? It's not like they're doing anything special.
But the real kicker was the food itself. It was just plain bad. The nuggets were hard and tasteless, and the filets were dry and lacking in any kind of flavor. And don't even get me started on the macaroni and cheese. It looked so good on TV, but in reality, it was just plain bad.
All in all, I think I'm done with this place. The food is just not worth the hassle or the cost.
Constructive Criticism for Chick-Fil-A's Chicken Soup Recipe
Chick-Fil-A, man, I gotta say, you guys are pretty good. But, if you wanna get even better, you gotta up your game with that Chicken Soup recipe. I mean, come on, more broth and veggies, like carrots, celery, onions, and garlic. And hey, you got plenty of chicken, why not make a broth out of it? I know you use corn starch, but that's just not cutting it for me. And while we're at it, bring back the oatmeal, it's a safe bet for a good product.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'll still wait in line for your food, but that chicken soup is just not up to par. I think if you made it better, the lines would get even longer, ya know? Maybe you guys have already tried everything and this is the best you can do, but I think you can do better.
Anyway, that's just my two cents. No hate, just some constructive criticism. Keep doing what you're doing, Chick-Fil-A.
Chick-Fil-A: Good Food, Bad Ethics? A Review of the Company's Recent Changes
Chick-Fil-A used to be known as a Christian company, but that's not really the case anymore. They've been changing their ways for a while now. First, they stopped giving money to groups that were against gay people, like the Salvation Army. Now, they're even giving money to places like Covenant House, which is all about supporting the LGBTQ community.
Even though Chick-Fil-A has changed, their food is still really good. But if you're someone who cares about what's right and wrong, you might want to think twice about eating there. They're not being honest about their new beliefs, and that's not cool. So, if you want to support companies that have good morals, you might want to skip Chick-Fil-A.
Chick-Fil-A's High Prices and Lack of Quality: A Disappointing Experience
Chick-Fil-A is way too expensive! I mean, seriously, $12+ for some fries and only four measly chicken strips? That's just ridiculous! I could easily go to a fancy restaurant and get a much better quality meal for that price. And even after spending all that money, I'm still left feeling hungry. They try to act like they're not a "fast food" joint, but let's be real, everything is already cooked ahead of time and they're faster than McDonald's. So why aren't they considered "fast food"? And they claim to make everything in-house, but I'm not convinced. The ingredients just don't taste like they're of good quality.
If Chick-Fil-A wants to charge $12-$25 for a meal (with dessert), they need to step up their game and provide a more restaurant-like experience. I'm not about to spend that kind of money on what's supposed to be "fast food". In-N-Out is way cheaper and the quality is much better. For $12, I could easily go to an actual restaurant and get a nice chicken sandwich. Chick-Fil-A needs to lower their prices or improve their quality if they want to keep customers coming back.
Disappointing Experience at Chick-Fil-A: Stale Fries and Dry Nuggets
I gotta say, Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite fast food joints. Their service is always on point and their diet frozen lemonade is the bomb! But let me tell you about my experience the other day. I usually don't grab food at 9:00 p.m., but I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get all my Christmas shopping done. So, I hit up the drive-thru and ordered my usual eight piece chicken nugget meal with the frozen lemonade.
I sipped on the lemonade on my way home, and it was as delicious as ever. But when I got home and opened up my meal, I was pretty disappointed. The fries were super crispy, but they tasted old and stale. And the chicken nuggets were way crispier than usual, and they were so dry I could barely swallow them. I was starving, and I was so bummed out that my go-to fast food spot let me down.
I ended up tossing the meal and just finishing off the lemonade for dinner. I had to settle for some crackers and peanut butter instead of my usual Chick-Fil-A feast. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty upset about the whole thing. I've always been a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A, and I've recommended it to all my friends. But this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they step up their game and make sure their food is fresh and tasty for all their customers.
Disappointing Online Order Experience at Chick-Fil-A: Expensive and Incomplete Order
I recently ordered from Chick-Fil-A for my great-granddaughter's dinner. We decided to use their online ordering system to make things easier. When I ordered a chicken sandwich, they offered only two sauce options, which was a bit disappointing. However, when I moved on to order chicken strips and nuggets, there was no option for sauce at all. I ended up ordering two orders of strips and a 9-piece nugget, but had to add a bottle of Chick-Fil-A sauce for $3.25. It seemed like the only thing my great-granddaughter really wanted was the nuggets and sauce, but we didn't get that.
The total bill through Door Dash on the Chick-Fil-A website was $70.00, which was quite expensive for what we received. It was disappointing that we didn't get everything we ordered, especially since we were looking forward to the nuggets and sauce. I don't think I will be ordering from Chick-Fil-A again, as it was too expensive and we didn't get what we wanted. Despite this, I must say that the Door Dash driver was great!
It's a shame that Chick-Fil-A, which is supposed to be a "Christian" place, didn't live up to our expectations. They seemed like they were trying to rip us off by not giving us what we ordered. I hope they can improve their online ordering system and make it more user-friendly. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Chick-Fil-A and don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience at Chick-Fil-A in Tenleytown, Washington DC: Unfriendly Cashier and Messed Up Order
So, me and my friend went to Chick-Fil-A in Tenleytown, Washington DC on 8/4. We were craving some good ol' chicken sandwiches and wraps. But, let me tell you, the cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was not friendly at all. We placed our order and waited for what felt like forever. Finally, we got our food and guess what? They messed up our order! Instead of a grilled chicken sandwich, we got two wraps. And, to make matters worse, one of us hates wraps because they taste like raw dough. Yuck!
We were too tired to go back and get the correct order, so we just threw the extra wrap away. We were disappointed because we don't like wasting food like that. So, I decided to call the company and let them know what happened. I had to wait on hold for a while, but finally got through to an associate. I gave them the date and order number, and they found it. But, they didn't offer to make it right. They just wanted my name, phone number, and email. I was confused about why they needed that information. They told me I would have to go back to the franchise and speak to the manager. What a waste of time!
I wanted to share our experience with others, so I tried to upload pictures of our receipt. But, since they were on my smartphone, I couldn't connect it to the website. So, I hope this review reaches my fellow citizens even without the photo. Our order number was *** of 8/4/2022.
Overall, we were disappointed with our experience at Chick-Fil-A. The cashier was unfriendly, and they messed up our order. We didn't appreciate the lack of effort to make it right. We hope they can improve their customer service and attention to detail in the future.
Discrimination at Chick-Fil-A: A Bad Experience in Mississauga
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience at Chick-Fil-A. I know they say they're not racist, but let me tell you, their service tells a different story. My buddy, who's Spanish like me, goes there all the time and he always gets treated with respect and gets his food fresh and hot. So, we recommended the place to some of our other friends. But, when my friend's girlfriend, who's Jamaican, went in there, she got treated like dirt. They gave her some old, dry food that was not fit for human consumption. Meanwhile, they were giving other customers fresh, recently prepared food. It was pretty obvious what was going on. They were discriminating against her because of the color of her skin. When she complained, they just gave her some rehearsed response and offered her another potato. Like, seriously? That's all you got? They should have offered her a refund or another meal on the house. But, nope, they didn't do anything to make it right. Needless to say, we won't be going back to any of their franchises again. This one was in Mississauga, Ontario.
Chick-Fil-A in Rosenberg, Texas: The Best Fast Food Joint Around!
Chick-Fil-A in Rosenberg, Texas is my absolute favorite fast food joint. I don't bother with any other fast food places, just this one. Check out their website at chick-fil-a.com/rosenberg.
The people who work at this Chick-Fil-A, especially Mr. Quart Graves, the operator, make all the difference. When you walk in, they greet you with genuine happiness. I don't get that kind of welcome anywhere else, not even at home (I'm single and don't have a dog).
I'm a huge fan of their chicken strips. They always make them fresh, and they taste amazing. They're always hot and the folks there always make sure I have plenty of Chick-Fil-A BBQ sauce.
And then there are the waffle fries. Oh my goodness, they're seriously addictive. They're always fresh and perfectly salted. I've never tasted potatoes like Chick-Fil-A waffle fries anywhere else.
To finish off my culinary delight (I'm not really a chef, but let's pretend), I always get a creamy, delicious Chick-Fil-A chocolate shake. And I always ask for extra chocolate, with no cherry and no whipped cream. It's so good, it should be illegal.
If you're looking for something to do, take a vacation to Rosenberg, Texas and check out the brand new highway (59 or 69, depending on your perspective). It's not finished yet, but it will be someday. And while you're there, sit at Chick-Fil-A and watch the massive traffic pile up on the side access road that you don't have to take to get there.
If you go, tell 'em Steve sent ya. Cheers to all the readers out there!
Chic-fil-A's Decline in Quality and Customer Service: A Disappointing Experience
Yo, listen up. I gotta say something about Chic-fil-A. So, here's the deal. Their fries are usually all soggy and undercooked, unless you ask for them extra crispy. But, get this, they ain't doing that no more because of some COVID excuse. Like, what does COVID gotta do with cooking fries? I asked the employee and she didn't even know. She was just following orders, man.
I mean, seriously, can I blame COVID for everything now? If my car breaks down or I gain some weight, can I just say it's because of COVID? It's ridiculous.
And get this, the employee even said she doesn't even order the fries anymore because they're so bad. But when I asked if I could get them extra crispy, she just said they ain't doing that no more. She didn't even try to accommodate me or make me happy. That ain't cool.
Chic-fil-A used to be all about customer service and empowering their employees, but now it's like they just want to push more business through at the expense of quality. And don't even get me started on how they charge for extra sauce now. What's up with that?
Honestly, I can't do it anymore. The food ain't worth the higher cost and the decline in customer service. I'm out, Chic-fil-A.

Pre-ordered a large order ($200 dollars approximately) online for set pickup time for a grandson's birthday party. Order was not ready on time and was approximately 20 minutes late and the manager was not responsive to our situation (cold). Because of this the food did not arrive on time for my grandson's birthday meal. I have called several times (3) to the cfa phone line and am always told that they are sorry and they understand and someone from the particular store will be contacting us. They have never contacted us (poor customer service and no compassion of accountability on the part of cfa). All I wanted was some acknowledge of what happened and compassion for what happened neither of which we have received so I am writing this complaint. I was a loyal supporter of cfa but am very disappointed in their lack of response and common curtesy and their response does not reflect accurately their advertisements and commercials.
Claimed loss: Meal not on time for grandson's (4 years old) birthday party. PRICELESS to coin a popular advertising term.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and apology to my daughter who put her trust in Chick-Fil-A for her son's birthday party.

Last visit to Chick fil a
Went today to Connie Chung travel plaza at Bloomfield Nj location. Had a reward of free chicken sandwich to redeem but found out that they don't do rewards at this chick fila. first disappointment. Second disappointment, made my order to find that oh we only accept credit here, not cash, then third is they don't give you your receipt so you can check what you have paid for. What a big disappointment. It looks like Chick fila is done as far as I am concerned. No more.
Desired outcome: Need to be compensated for bad service!

A new employee at the North Augusta, SC location
Hello, I have a concern about a new employee you hired named Sarah. I do not know her last name, but she has reddish-blonde hair. I did not at first have an issue until later one of my kids showed me a very disturbing video of her that she posted on TikTok. It is extremely vulgar, and she is wearing the Chick Fil A uniform in the video, while cursing along to a rap song and shooting double middle fingers at the camera. I believe you are a Christian organization, and normally have pleasant customer service experience there, however, I no longer feel comfortable being served by someone who behaves in that manner. I feel you may want to do a little more research on the type of people you are hiring, as their behavior outside of work can still have a negative impact on the values that Chick Fil A is supposed to represent. I prefer to remain anonymous, as my kids go to the same school as Sarah, and they do not know that I am making this complaint. But I do feel it needs to be addressed.
Desired outcome: I would hope you research further the type of employees you hire going forward and have a serious discussion with Sarah about her behavior and the type of videos she posts online, especially while wearing the Chick Fil A uniform

The worst customer service at this location
July 31, 2023, - 12:30pm - Chick-Fil-A located at 2580 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA - Reggie Taylor - Restaurant operator - Every single time I go to this location (it's only because it is close to our office) would prefer not to go here. The people outside taking orders - not all of them but today was a topper, this one girl yelling out orders to other workers, then barking orders at people in their car, in a rude manner yelling keep moving ( which we all are moving in order) she then yells hey you, you! which was me she ordered to move forward comes up to my window and asked did you place an order? I said no, she was so rude in a hurry takes my order in a hurried manner (NO REASON to do this!) and then I to pay her and she yells again at another girl to come take my payment. All I can tell you is this person, has no proper manners, does not talk to customers properly or her team outside. When your not happy with your job and thankful to be working it shows through the way they treat people. This person is definitely not a Chick-fil-A employee like the majority of the establishments - she needs proper training and not yelling/barking orders outside. THIS STORE NEEDS HELP WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES
Desired outcome: Employee training of being kind, caring, professional

Read full review of Chick-fil-ADisappointing Service at Chick-Fil-A: Slow Workers and Long Wait Times
I just visited Chick-Fil-A and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. The workers seemed to be moving at a snail's pace and not really helping each other out. I mean, come on, wiping the same spot over and over again isn't gonna make the food come out any faster.
Right now, I'm stuck in the drive-thru line because the cars ahead of me haven't gotten their food yet. It's frustrating to say the least.
I will say that the food itself was pretty good. I got a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries and they were both tasty. But the service definitely needs some work.
Overall, I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to Chick-Fil-A anytime soon. The food was good, but the slow service and long wait times just aren't worth it.
Tasty Fast Food with Friendly Service: My Review of Chick-Fil-A
So, I went to Chick-Fil-A the other day and I gotta say, it was pretty good. The chicken sandwich was juicy and the waffle fries were crispy. I also tried their lemonade and it was refreshing. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the long line, but I guess that's just a testament to how popular it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend Chick-Fil-A to anyone looking for some tasty fast food.
However, I do have to say that I've heard some negative things about the company. I know someone who filed a complaint against a Chick-Fil-A owner in New Jersey and they're still waiting for a response from corporate. It's been over a month and they keep getting the runaround. It's frustrating to see how the system works sometimes. It seems like the rich protect each other and the little guy gets left behind. But hey, at least the food is good.
Disappointing Curbside Experience at Chick-Fil-A for Breakfast
So, I went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast and ordered my meal online. I got to the restaurant at 10:31 and put in my curbside number. But, to my dismay, my order couldn't be processed anymore. This was a real bummer and a big waste of time for me that morning. I mean, if I put in my order before I get there, shouldn't it be ready for me when I arrive? I really like Chick-Fil-A, but this kind of thing can really tick a person off.
Disappointing Experience at Chick-Fil-A: A Review and Recommendation for Canes
Chick-Fil-A ain't my cup of tea. I went to the one on 35th and Quebec in Denver, Colorado and it was a total bummer. The food was not up to my standards and the customer service was a total letdown. The employees were not friendly at all and I felt like they didn't even want me there. I was so disappointed that I decided to never go back there again.
Luckily, there's a new Canes that opened up down the street and I gotta say, they're way better than Chick-Fil-A. Their food is top-notch and their employees are super friendly. I always feel welcome when I go there and I never leave disappointed.
I don't know what's up with Chick-Fil-A, but they need to step up their game if they want to compete with other restaurants. I mean, come on, last time I checked my money is good everywhere and I don't want to waste it on a place that doesn't appreciate my business.
Overall, I would not recommend Chick-Fil-A to anyone. There are way better options out there that offer better food and better customer service. So, if you're looking for a good meal and a good time, I suggest you skip Chick-Fil-A and head over to Canes instead. Trust me, you won't regret it.
