I just can not believe how a pharmacy like this that has been established for years could do buisness the way they are. I have been filling with cvs for about 5 years but i'm to my breaking point. I have had enough and I will never fill with them again I am taking my buisness elsewhere. I spend around 2, 000 a month with them so I would figure they would respect me as a customer. I dropped my prescription off on the 10th and they didn't have it all. So they said come back on monday well I did they did not have it nor knew what I was talking about so after going through 4 people they said call tomorro we'll get it resolved. As so I did the lady on the phone was so rude when I called I told her I wanted to pick it up today and she said ok we'll I never recieved a call back so I figured i'll go in the morning well when I get there once again the lady that was suppose to have it ready was not there nor did she leave a note for the morning shift to call for the rest of my medication. Today is the 18th already and it's a friday so now I have to wait till monday untill the regular shift comes in and tha'ts the one that messed up in the first place. This has happend on several occassions I have just let it ride im done with it now. I have a friend who fills at walgreens and when I go in there with him they are always so pleasant and they know him you think by me going there for 5yrs that it would be diffrent. My money and buisness is going anywhere but cvs
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

writing in Caps will not get your point across for one. Secondly, we are now living in a day and age where the economy is hurting in certain parts of this earth. A business with poor customer service should be really hurting at this point because the smart shopper will and should be doing there purchases with vendors that respect and care about there customer. Kill them with kindness is always the best way. There is over a million Pharmacists on this earth, stop dealing with incompetent company's. Its your money spend it with businesses that make you feel like you are important.
