When I called, I specifically ordered the 5 wing strip combo that was shown on the Wingstop online menu for my particular location. The girl named Karri who took my order didn't even bother to tell me, they didn't have that combo, when clearly it's on their website. She charged me for 4 pieces and thought it was ok to not tell me about the combo. I hate people who would much rather not say anything and think that they can get away with it. If you are going to run a business, do what you say you are going to do and keep your mouth shut when the customer is talking and listen maybe if they just listen, the customer wouldn't be so upset. I will never go to a Wingstop again and if anyone asks if it's good, I will never give Wingstop a good rating.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I would like to express my heartfelt concerns about the service at Wingstop! The service it extremely POOR I went to the Wingstop in Snellville off Centerville HWY. I ordered an 8 piece ALL flat wings (4 lemon pepper/4 Louisiana seasoning EXTRA CRISPY however that did not occur! So once I arrived home I notice the wings were NOT extra crispy and very soft which is not what I ordered. The young lady who answered the phone after hearing my concerns began to yell at me and I was like wow I'm not gonna argue with you maam I paid for a meal and the order was not EXTRA CRISPY she told me to return then however it was late and I worked all day and did not fell like driving back to store to get another order. Now this has occurred at many Windstop's through Metro ATKL the servers do not listen or they do not care about your order after you have paid! My name is Rhonda A, and I would like a gift card or a full refund bc I'm tired of this same thing happening throughout this Wingstop franchise!
