The stylist named Laura at visible changes called and asked for my daughters name and when she seen she was a 7 year old girl she quickly said excuse me and went to the front desk to tell the host that she can't cut it because we were 5 mins late ?! That's after the fact that we called in advance to let someone know we were just a couple mins behind!

Same exact thing has happened to me at the Visible Changes in San Antonio. Yet, it’s totally okay for Visible Changes to leave you sitting on a sofa with soaking wet hair, for 45 minutes, freezing to death, because you can no longer see ONE person for both highlights and color. So if your “cutter” is running behind, you wait. Visible Changes thinks it’s okay for you to sit and wait on them for 45 minutes, but it’s not okay for you to be 5 minutes late for your appointment. Double-standard. This place has gone downhill, fast.
