I pulled up to the drive-through to order my food the timing was about 10 I politely said in my car waiting for them to take my order it's at the lady like almost 5 to 10 minutes to take my order I politely said excuse me hello I'm ready to order no one else for me I said again hello the lady said welcome to Whataburger how may I help you I said I'm so glad you answered so you can help me I would like to get a number 11 the lady said OK I gave her my order I pulled up to the front Then she came to the window and tell me how much it was I said I have been sitting at the drive-through for about 5 to 10 minutes are y'all that busy she never said yes or no she took my cord swag my card I said I need to speak with a manager or I need the corporate number she just politely looked at me she gave me my drink my drink had soda on the side she never cleaned it wiped it she gave me my food never said have a nice day I apologize for the delay the 5 to 10 minutes sitting back there in drive-through she did the next car like that I don't appreciate spending my money somewhere where I don't get good customer service I'm letting you know right now that I will never return back to that Whataburger
I hope Whataburger understand where I’m coming from I worked in customer service for almost 10 years or more and I would never ever treat no one liked it
