I visited Pine Creek Dental in Magnolia Texas in October 2020. It was my first visit and I had a routine exam, cleaning, and bite wing X-rays. They are a Dental Works affiliated office. They confirmed with me before the appointment that they accepted my dental insurance. The first bill I received from them, shortly after the appointment, was for $0. Then I began receiving bills of $198.80. According to the billing codes, I should have a $0 balance because these items are fully covered by my insurance plan. I called my insurance company to ask if they had received a claim from the dental office, and they told me they had not. It's been almost 6 months since my appointment! I called Pine Creek Dental and they said they would resubmit the bill, but that was over a month ago and I'm still receiving the same $198.80 bill from them.
Not sure how to resolve this through Dental Works, the only phone number printed on the bill is the dentist office.
Desired outcome: Claim submitted and bill zeroed out. Account 1906685
