I ordered two consoles online a large and a small, I reached out to the store about the items being blemished, and was told those items were on display. When shopping online it did not say that. For the price I was expecting unblemished products. The store blames their third party delivery and the delivery is shifting the blame on the store. Either way this purchase was online with no discretion to be given to the customer. I believe when you are branding your company it should withstand all things by taking ownership of the situation. But if you don't see your customer as a business opportunity to advertise great quality then, you should change your branding style. I provided pictures to the delivery company and tried to show it to the store manager who refused to look at them. But they try to make an off which was unacceptable. I asked if they could get the new consoles unblemished to be delivered to me and pick up the other blemished items.
Desired outcome: New Unblemished items.
