I went to the Mount Pleasant, Texas store and ordered a cheeseburger and large fries. The young white guy took his hands and grab a handful of already cooked fries and put them back into the grease because I asked for lightly salted. There are numerous thing wrong with this. First of all we are in an epidemic. He did not change his glove after touching various items in the kitchen so therefore his gloves were not clean for him to be grabbing fries. Second, he recooked fries that had already been cooked. Therefore, he just contaminated the grease by putting already cooked fries with salt on them back into the grease. By now I am observing the kitchen area very closely. A tall black guy grabs trays out of the warmer to put chicken strips in them but he uses his hands. His gloves touched the tray handles so therefore his gloves were unclean. This is very scary because we are in a COVID epidemic which teaches us that washing our hands frequently will help. Just because they have on gloves does not mean that can touch everything without washing or changing their gloves. I had a hard time even eating there. It has been months. Now, I know why I don't. It will be a while for me to eat there again. Probably, when COVID is over. Until then, I will just buy my milk and produce. The manager was not rude but said the hot oil will probably kill anything that touches the grease . She also said that she talked to them. But I know from my Serv-Safe classes that salt destroys the oil. My sister says that every time she goes they do the same thing. Take cooked fries and recook them. Not realizing that this only makes them hard and crunchy. Seems like they need more training. I worked for Braum's several years 10+. I know what Mr and Mrs. Braums expectation are. They would not be very happy.
