There have been 3 seperate dates I have personally had an issue with Braums.
The first incident happened when I ordered my daughter a large rootbeer float thru the drive thru. The cup had a leak in it and was leaking in the car. I asked them for a replacement cup. They handed me a water cup. I told them I ordered a large drink and I was informed that to get a replacement cup they would have to charge me for the cup. After I told them I was not going to pay for another cup and the Mgr. came to the window and was explaining that this was policy, once again I told them I was not going to pay for another cup the Mgr. said "just give her the cup"
Second and Third incidents - were the same issue. I asked for dips of ice cream in cups with the cones on the side. I was told they can put the cone in the cup but if they give me the cone on the side it would be an extra charge. I was also told I could not get lids for the cups...it would be an extra charge. I am not willing to pay extra for the cone on the side and they stuck them in the cups against my wishes. We do not live near a Braums. Raise the price a few cents if the lids, cups, or container is that expensive. No customer service!
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to get a to order that is packaged to go! Charging extra for a lid or cup or a cone on the side is unacceptable!
