That hotel needs to change from DIRECT tv because that area gets way too many storms for a damn satellite system.

The front desk woman, however can be fixed. I went down and asked about maintenance and she said he had to stop and fix something right quick "we only have one". Not the problem of the paying customer. Then she said "he'll be there soon enough." Is that soon enough for her money or my money? Cause my money had already paid for just such an occasion
