I went to Rooms to Go on Saturday to purchase a couch on 6/18/22, after noticing I was over charge, plus additional fees of 29537. I went back to Room to Go store to speak to the manager Stephanie. She was seem friendly but came off rude, she stated you dont look like you purchase furniture. She took my card to cancel the transaction of 29537. I decided to purchase a cheaper couch for 19 something plus additional fees. Now, I am waiting for the merchant to release my funds. If my funds are not release in 48, you be hearing from my attorney.
Desired outcome: I am not satisfied with the services or how your employees treat customers. The company is driven off sells and numbers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Rooms To Go - Ada issue
My complaint is in regards to my visit to Rooms To Go, this past Sunday, August 22, 2021. I set out to purchase bedrooms for my kids for our new home and asked my mother to come along. I was happy that she said yes, because she doesn't get out much, since suffering a stroke last January. She's also in the market for a new bedroom set. My mom's speech and walking was drastically impaired because of it. She's not able to walk around Rooms To Go. I called before we left for the new store in Pearland, TX. I asked if wheelchairs were available for those that had disabilities and could not walk through the store. To our surprise, I was told that wheelchairs were not available. This is very unfortunate. Yes, customers can shop online, but it's always nice to see your purchase in person. I was really disheartened by this response. I was excited that my mom actually wanted to get out and go inside of a store. She hasn't done so, since her stroke. We ended up still going to make purchases for my kids, but my mom unfortunately, had to wait in the car. This was really disappointing. I can be reached at: [protected]@hotmail.com or [protected].
