CVS - poor service

There have been several times with one prescription that requires my doctor's authorization that they have said they faxed it into the doctor. I never received a call from CVS Pharmacy letting me know that the doctor did not send the authorization back so I assumed he did not want me on the prescription. I requested this refill in December of 2010 so in February 2011 I contacted my doctor's office about the prescription and they had faxed the authorization back to CVS Pharmacy on January 13th; however, I was never notified. My doctor's office faxed the prescription again yesterday and when I called today the pharmacy again said they have not received anything from the doctor, now the doctor office has closed for the weekend and this is a prescription that I need. I asked CVS to call my doctor and was told they could not call the doctor had to call them. I understand this may be protocol for CVS but I feel if you are in the business of serving people CVS needs to make sure their clients get what they need and at the very least contact me to let me know they never got anything from my doctor. This is not the first time this issue has happened and as much as I like using CVS I may be forced to go to another pharmacy to make sure I get what I need.

I submitted two perscriptions to the pharmacy counter, and was asked if I was waiting or if I was going to pick up the meds. I clearly told the lady I was waiting for the prescriptions, this was approximatly 4:15 in the evening. There were several customers in line behind me and several customers at the pickup counter, so I moved away from the counters and walked up and down the isles close to the pickup counter to 'kill time'. After approximatley 45 minutes I took a seat in the waiting area next to the pickup area to wait and noticed all of the customers that were behind me had left the store and watched several more customers come in, submit the paper perscription, and be served while I was waiting. The lady whom initially waited on me, walked over to the pickup window and stated loud enough for me to hear from where I was sitting that I had been waiting for a long time. She did this twice before I approached the counter and asked if my perscription had been filled. I was told that yes it had been filled, and the 'associate' started searching for the perscriptions. After about 5 minutes of searching and asking other associates if they had seen the perscription with my name on it, one of the people searching for the perscriptions began to fill a bottle, which was then labeled from a fresh printout, bagged and handed to me. The bag only contained one of the perscriptions and I was told the other perscriptions would not be available until the following day. In my opinion there was a hidious mistake made behind the counter, either the script was never filled or it was given to another customer. I should have been informed as soon as the pharmacist realized one of the perscriptions was not available to enable me to choose to go to anther business for one or both perscriptions. Result, my wife and I will not be using CVS in the future, and as soon as I finish this complaint I will log another with my insurance group.

2nd time this happens and it's unacceptable. the man - cashier #0808438 ( name is Jeffrey I think)at the CVS at Lyons and Hillsboro - 4650 w Hillsboro rd. coconut creek FL - is so rude... others have commented and he still works there!... rude as ever.. this time, I come and he snaps do you have a cvs card?... I said yes, should I swipe it? -- very abruptly he replies, no, ...with a sigh, totally annoyed it seemed, "I have to scan it"... then rolling his eyes, he continues...I replied "the last time I was in here, you were very rude, and you are again this time...you must really hate your job!" I gave him no reason for this reaction.. cvs will hear of this somehow..they don't have a section for complaints on their website.. but this kind of behavior should not be allowed.

I went to CVS for my high Blood Pressure prescription, so pharmacy ask me to wait for 15 minutes so i thought i can do some shopping for my household, I have some coupons to use it .I went to the self checkout counter the old lady was so nasty that she stand next to me the whole time and not even trying to use my coupon manually because the printout was small. They think we are stealing some thing from the store. The manager over their was black he has no manners to talk to the ladies. Its all color difference going on. We all do have some respect . I f we cannot use the valid coupons provides by CVS or the manufactures, why the send us in the mail that u will save this in the store. I want the CVS authority to take the action at CVS store in Secaucus, NEW JERSEY, 07094. I am not the only one who has complaint .I can bring more people who always complaint for them. Even they hide the name also . Day by Day this CVS is becoming racism store .
