My family came in to eat lunch. Line was long in drive through, but inside had a few people inside. We came in no one at front counter. Manager took our order reluctantly. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. When asked about it they said they where busy. I saw most of the workers standing around and manager not leading. This is not a good thing for Whataburger.
