I purchased some fruniture on May 28, 2011 from Bel Furniture. My Sales person (Margarita) stated it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive. I opted out of having them deliver it, because they were going to charge a high price and then I would have to wait until they had other furniture being delivered to New Braunfels in order to bring it. (They are getting the delivery fee from numerous people) I made a call on June 13, 2011 because I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY furniture and spoke first to Betty, who you can NOT understand and knows NOTHING about anything! Very unprofessional if I may say myself. She transfered me to Sarah, who stated she is from Houston and will have to check. What I am wanting checked on is, the rstools I purchased that I still have not received have gone on Sale. I paid $127.95 and now they are $88.00 each. I still have not received them, why could they not give me the new price? So Sarah states that AMIR the manager will have to call me back and let me know if he can do this. To this date 06/24/2011 I have yet to hear from Amir. Here it is 06/24/2011 and I still have not received my furniture. So I called on 06/22/2011 and spoke to a Debbie, about where the heck my furniture was, because I had already made my first installment on it and I have not received anything. The Entertainment center or the Bar stools. So on 06/23/2011 Betty calls my phone and leaves a message stating that her boss has called her and said "Something about a show room Floor" but that she is not sure what he means so she will have to pass it on to Debbie. Can you imagine someone calling your phone and leaving you a message stating something like a show room floor and not knowing what is going on, but that I can call back on Friday and find out? Why do they have this Betty there if she KNOWS nothing about ANYTHING at ALL times? So here it is Friday June 24, 2011 I made my first installment and I still do not have one piece of furniture that I purchased on May 28, 2011. Can someone please help me?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
