You can't do anything useful on the CVS pharmacy website - it just doesn't work.
If you call the store #7808 you are put on permanent hold and after 15 minutes the call is still not answered. Call the store back and get the store manager to tell the pharmacy to pick up and get put on hold again for another 10 minutes - still no answer.
It would appear that CVS hates their customers so much that running them off is the plan
