On January 27, 2020 I purchased two bar stools on the internet. They were delivered on February 3rd 2021. After the delivery drivers left I noticed numerous scratches on the chairs. I immediately took photos and called customer service and emailed the photos to the person I was speaking with. He set up a new delivery at which time they would pick up the first set of barstools. The second set arrived on February 9th, 2021. They were in worse condition than the first. One chair was actually broke in half on the back of the chair. The men left two chairs but took the broken one. I called and after a frustrating phone call I said I just wanted the chairs picked up and my money refunded. I was then told I had to talk to the "back office". I did and then the person emailed me with a link to cancel the order. The link did not work! It kept giving me a message I was not authorized. I have since tried to call and can't get through. There are long wait times. It gives you an option to press 2 and they'll call you back but it doesn't work. I love the chairs but just want undamaged ones. What is so difficult about that? For $250 I don't think that's unreasonable.
Desired outcome: Chairs that are not damaged
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
