A few weeks ago, we ordered from "Pizza Hut". It was a fairly big order totaling to about $50.00! We ordered at about 6:00 P.M., and the lady told me it would be about 55 minutes for delivery. So, as time goes on, 8:00 rolls around, and still NO FOOD. We called back at about 8:15, and the lady said that our order had been cancelled, because the delivery boy went to our door, but nobody answered. We know that's a lie, because everybody was sitting in the living room, and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. To top it off, if that were true, then why didn't they call us to say something. They have our phone number. She put me on hold...came back...and said the food has been sitting on the counter, and they must have forgotten to deliver the food. WTF? How do you forget. So, we finally got the food at about 9:30 at night. Nobody should have to wait close to 4 hours for food!

You should have demanded it be free once it got there since it had been sitting so long and wouldn't be as good thats unacceptable.
