I made an appointment last Wednesday. Took off work and when I came they told me my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday but my glass was there. Told me to leave my car and if another appointment canceled they would work on my car. It was never worked on, so I took my car and brought it back the next day only to be told my appointment was valid and the car would be worked on by noon. I received email phone updates that my car was being worked on, and by 11:35am was told it was in calibration. When I called after I got off work around 4:10 I was told my car was NEVER worked on and they didn't know who or what had contacted me to tell me car was worked on, in calibration or complete. The employee Caden ended up calling me from his personal cell phone because the safelight company telephone dropped the call 4 times which was extremely frustrating! I went again, and picked up my car…. my glass has now spread FYI! Caden stayed after 5pm and waited on me to pick up my car and at that time told me on Friday that the glass that had been ordered for my car was wrong and that it would be in by Monday! I was livid because my car had been there all day in the same spot not being worked on despite the calls and messages I had received! Caden assured me he'd call me Monday! I wait through the weekend and on Monday afternoon around 2pm call the company phone once again, which is not easy to get through to, and Caden tells me the glass is still not here and is coming from Dallas so will be in Tuesday. Then he says or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday…for sure by Friday after originally telling me the previous Wednesday. I am terribly frustrated with the lack of professionalism, service, organization, disregard for my time and time off that I lost, along with the flippant attitude of the company for me to have purposely scheduled an appointment, your company confirm it and then NOT honor it! I'm also upset about the miscommunication for the past week and two days and the lack of communication in keeping me informed of my car and options! No one told me or encouraged me to get safelight to come to my job! This totally unprofessional and I don't know what type of business, other than yours responds this was to customer service but Safelight's customer service is for the birds! I am over the lack of regard doe my time and eventual money that could be spent replacing my car windshield. A crack that started off in front of the drivers side has now spread into three running crack, if not four and has spread to the center of the passenger side! Your company needs to do better!
