In February 2016, I was as at known website and pop-ups about free items for skin care products appeared as thank you and items where listed to chose from and all I had to do was pick 2. I chose Allegro and Brio day and night cream, it told me all I had to pay was only the 4.95$ shipping fees. No other information or details and I thought the offer was coming from my familiar website that I was on. I was not on another website or the skin care products website. By clicking all that was required was a credit card and email address. The items arrived, no paperwork, no terms and conditions, no invoice. My Feb. credit card statement showed the 2 4.95$ shipping fees. Yesterday I got my Mar statement and on it were charges for over 400$ for 3/8/16 and 3/21/16 as recurring charges, charges for the trial/free items and again for items (not yet received) for the month of March. I called the 800 number my credit card company gave me and explained the problem. Since I did not have the Mar products I asked them not to send; they said too late. And I told them the free items had not been opened and I wanted to return all items since I did not order. The rep told me I cannot return the free samples, that I was to contact them/return them after 2 wks of receiving not to be charged for them. It was in the terms and conditions. I told him there were not terms and conditions as the time I clicked for the free items. He would not give me a RMA or address to return the items. I told him when the next shipment comes I will return them since I did not order them nor knew this was a recurring charge. He told me there would be a 20$ restocking fee and return shipping, and I asked to speak to his supervisor and when he came back o the phone, he said they would give me a 70% discount on the Mar Allegro and Bio skin products. I want 100% credit and expect it.What company scams and then tells you you do not have the right to return items not ordered. I told him to cancel the account and to email me the cancellation. He would not give me a return address, but when I went searching today, I found another complaint about the very same experience as I had but she was given an address to return the product. So I am going to use that to return both Allegro and Bio skin care products. I am retired and on a fixed income and I would never have ordered such expensive products and feel they are not legit and scamming people. They got my credit card number when I entered for shipping charges only, little did I know they are scamming to get the credit card to continue charging recurring payments. This is what another complaint had to say, she got an address to return items:
Had him email my cancellation in this "scam" and address to send back products. Both products go to the same address in Utah. 14925 Heritage Crest Way, Bluffdale (should be Riverton), Utah.
No company name was listed. But I saw Crystal Labs listed in a website.
Crystal Labs - Brio skin cream & allegro day/night serum
On 2/22/16, while on Facebook, a story about "miracle" skin cream combination was listed. I read the story and clicked on an offer. Get said free trial and pay only shipping and handling of $4.95 per item. No other details were stated and read as if it was a sample I was ordering. The two different products were Brio cream and Allegro serum and had two...
