Two days ago I went to get some highlights at the Fantastic Sam’s in Kaysville Utah. The highlights turned out a little brassy, although the young girl who did my hair said it looked blonde. I left the salon with wet hair, andI blew dried it when I got home. That’s when I realized it was brassy. I called in right away to ask if they would be able to add a few more highlights, and if that would be free or I would have to pay. The woman on the phone put me on hold while she asked the stylist. She stylist said it would be free and we set a day for me to come in two days laster.
When I arrived this morning and asked about adding those few highlights, the same stylist who did my hair said that I would have to pay for adding extra highlights, and all they could do for free today was toning my hair. This is not what I was told over the phone when I called. I specifically asked if adding highlights would be free and the woman confirmed that I would not have to pay. I made arrangements this morning to come to get my hair done, and I left a little confused and disappointed.
I’m hoping for them to add those highlights I was told would be able to get and resolve this issue. I would like to leave a good review, but this experience was not pleasant and I feel like there has been poor communication from their side.
