Subway

I went to order take out and placed order with counter lady today 05/06/2021. First thing I noticed, they didn't have a call in order ready for gentlemen that was person ahead of me they barely were making when I arrived made him wait longer. I had to wait while they prepared his, then I ordered on 6" Italian bread turkey with provolone cheese.
Paid for my order then left but noticed they left out my cheese, then bit into and bread was too hard wasn't fresh at all! Maybe was an off day for them, but went back for them to add my cheese.
