The Manager on duty was rude. She told my spouse the restroom was closed then allowed him to use it. After we asked how so if the doors are open and we're ordering. I asked what time do you close... 945pm we was there by 940pm so I said to her ohh your still open. She had an employee mopping and informed him to stop mopping in case we fall and bust our [censored] because there wasn't a wet floor sign up not to mention our food order was wrong. Everything we didn't want on our food was on our sandwiches. At what point do you talk to your employees in such a manner right in front of the customers your referencing. Unacceptable.
Whenever a customer is in the store professionalism is a must. When my spouse tried to lighten up her attitude by saying let me hurry up and pay.. her response yeah it's Friday I'm trying to close so I
Can spend my paycheck and then return back her to work tomorrow.
A manager should always lead by example. I rarely patronize your business but if this how your employees represent you business I will give my service to another more respectful business.
