There is an employee that has regularly made sexual contact with employees and customers. The sexual contact includes kissing and hugging. The employee is named Kim. The employee works behind at the bar which is located within the Whole Foods market. The coffee and alcohol is served there at the same bar. I have sent emails to the store management and the employee continues to make physical contact with customers. The store is located

There is an employee named Kim and she has worked unprofessionally. The employee has regularly made physical contact with customers while working. The employee (Kim) kisses and hugs customers. The 3rd of July between

7:00 PM - 7:30 PM is when I noticed even more.

I have noticed the same employee socializing and physically flirting with customers. The last time was on August/1/2023 between

8:00pm and 9:00pm. The employee named Kim also plays her personal music that isn’t from the Whole Foods store stereo. The music isn’t fit for the store settings and not chosen by the store to be used.

I have sent emails to the store management but nothing of the employees behavior has changed.
