I've been a member of planet fitness since early 2021, however I work disaster relief and travel a lot for work. I started my membership in Sulphur Louisiana which has been active ever since. I traveled to Charlottesville VA in January 2022 for work so I started using the planet fitness around February. For some reason when I went there they said my account wasn't active and I'd need to sign up again so I did, not aware I would now be charged at both locations. Assuming there was a glitch or error on their part I have now been charged 2 monthly fees from 2 different locations every month for over a year now. I called the location in Louisiana I first signed up with who verified that my account was active and they aren't sure I was made to sign up again. I have reached out several times to the location in VA about this issue and they have no intention of refunding my money. I have sent proof of these fees being withdrawed from my bank account to the VA location, which I can also send to whoever reaches out to me about this issue
Desired outcome: 1 year and 2 months of club fee reimbursement
