the drive thru order menu has medium ice coffee for $1.50. When being rung up it is $2.69. I pointed this out to an employee, and she states, "that's not our price" and left it at that. Then in the mornings around 5:30 am when the drive thru is open 24 hours, the employees are in the parking lot smoking and talking. They are in view of the drive thru and do not come in to take orders, even after waiting over 10 minutes. This has happened on numerous occassions.
Desired outcome: either remove false price from board or offer the coffee at 1.50 and employees should not be all outside at one time
