CVS - Customer service

1/192023 at 4:30pm I took my shopping items to the cashier: (Marie) at the front of the store. I checked the total bill of $31.00 and said I didn't get the $5 coupon printed clearly on the shelf under 2/$!$

Jan. 19th, 4:30 pm: Shopping carefully I took my purchases to the cashier at the front of the store. She rang up my items and I said I did not get the $5.00 coupon clearly stated under the Olay [protected]@$14 with $5 credit coupon. She was not interested so I said just credit the $31.00 of my purchase, the credit came up $28. I did not accept this and she said I would have to talk to someone else and turned her back on me and left. another cashier tried to help me and I just wanted the correct $ credited. After a while, I just left with no receipts and a really bad taste in my mouth. I charged over $1800 of drugs and do my shopping there. I did not get my receipts but can access it on my charges.

issue: 1/19 4:30pm cashier Marie rude and turned her back on me and left,

the orig. ticket did not show $5 coupon and when I asked to cedit my purchase of $31. it came up short which I did not accept.

there were other issues with Eliquis when 2 pills were charged $24 and then the next purchase of 2 pills were charged $20. (had a blood clot and was waiting for insurance to kick in. Pharmacy has a copy of charges.

I have typed this twice and it erassed. Please contact me:

BArbara Shocket [protected] or cell [protected], she shrugged so I said just refund everything. the refund came up $28.00.

I wanted the correct amount and she said I would have to see a someone somewhere in store. my problem. (I am 86, handicap, with a can partially deaf) the young cashier turned her back on me and walked away. another cashier saw the issue and tried to help me. I just left the store without the receipts or the item I was to purchase with the $5.00 credit.

Desired outcome: discussion with supervisor and proper credit and some consideration.
