Feb.10, 2019 csn:[protected] I came in to be treated for a leg injury and I was seen by dr. Patel, niraj I md and he was the worse doctor I could have ever seen. He came in rude, pushing me and getting smart out the mouth and I wasn't alone. I didn't receive a allergy band form the nurse and the x-ray tech for the night was no better and to top it all off I called back to have them check for my driver's license and my insurance card and they said it's ain't there department and then the nasty x-ray tech said if was in here I would've seen it on my table and he knew who I was when I told him my name. Not everyone is a drug addict that's looking for treatment. I'm a single mother who works for herself and I would like to treat just as such. Now I had them both in the x-ray room and in the er room they put me in and it was lost between those two locations. The only people that were doing there job right the lady that scan my cards and small nurse that help put on my socks when I left. Also, I still don't what happened to be wrong with my leg because the doctor never came in to tell me nothing! I had to read my paperwork. The service sucks and I will never and I do mean never come to seek treatment here ever again in my life. I just want my property returned because at this time I can not get a replacement driver's license due to things going on. If this is how you treat everyone thinking they do drugs then you are wrong. I don't care about pain medicine I care about my damn health and I received very poor service and i'm very friendly and nice. I would like my things returned and if the staff/employees hate they job then more on because compassion, customer service is not one of them. I will be filing more complaints because this was unnecessary for anyone to be treated like this whether they are on drugs or not and i'm not! He had no problem telling the lady in the room over about her baby and what to do but never returned to tell anything! I don't what type of insurance anyone has we/ I should be treat as a human in pain asking for help.
