On 09-26-23, I received a text letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. After I picked it up and had time to really examine it, I noticed that they let a lot of the debris in my seats and there were some screws that were left in the cup holder. I called on 09-08-23 to discuss with them and they connected me to Eric, a Service Manager. He told me that should not have occurred, and he, also, said that the washer person should have vacuumed out my car, but he was to blame also because he should have inspected the vehicle as well. I told him that there were two wires in my trunk that were the hook ups for my subwoofer and they were missing. He said he didn't have pictures that wires were in my trunk, in other words, I felt like he was saying it was their word against mine. Then when I asked him for the washers name, he didn't want to give that out. In fact, he said he was not gonna argue with me on the phone. I told him I was not arguing and was asking questions. After I asked him for the managers name, he hung up on me. I called back and was told that the managers name is John B. and he hasn't called me back either. I want the owners to know of this behavior and that it is not acceptable.
Desired outcome: The company owners need to know how they employees are representing their business
