The Caliber branch in Moraine, Ohio has my vehicle for 3 months now. First they were not able to get in contact with my insurance (USAA). When it came time for re-assembly, they lost my bumper. It took weeks for them to receive the replacement bumper. Now they are waiting on bolts to be delivered. I was never given an ETA for the ordered parts. Phone calls are never returned. Every time I'm trying to contact Julie the general manager, she is in a meeting. I do not appreciate being ignored.
Claimed loss: I was out of a vehicle for three months. I should have been been provided a rental car, since Caliber Collision was at fault.
