CVS - The staff are incredibly rude at this location, incredibly slow, and there are at least 10 bad reviews other than my own for this location

In Wytheville Virginia, 1370 E Main Street 24382, I went to get my prescription. The first time I came into the pharmacy, they told me it would be 40 minutes until my prescription was ready. I said that was completely ok, and I went to have lunch. I came back an hour later, and the woman at the pharmacy told me it'd be another 10-20 minutes. I was frustrated, but I said, alright, and I left again. When I came back a third time, the woman told me they were still making the order, and she didn't even have a time to tell me. She was incredibly rude and short with me, and made me feel embarrassed about coming back in, when she's the one who told me the times, and when I just needed my medications. I left and got ice cream, and came back a fourth time and it still wasn't ready. I waited almost 2 hours, and was made to feel awful for coming back, when I did nothing wrong. This was July 22nd 2021, and I ended up leaving without my prescription. I will have to go back, and it is 30 minutes out of my way to do so when I work 40 hours a week. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest pharmacy. I don't usually write complaints, I am a patient person, but when I looked this CVS up on google, and saw at least 10 other terrible reviews of people who went through the same thing, I knew I had to say something. I am asking that the people at this store be spoken to about how rude they are to customers, and to figure out a way for them to be quicker, or at least more honest about how slow they are, without stringing people along and letting them wait hours for a prescription they clearly weren't going to fill for a while, and being rude when customers return based on what they are told. Desired outcome: The staff being taught how to be nice to customers, and honest.
