I understand daily useage data is promptly available in some areas and not in others. I live just outside the city limits of Blaine on a main road. Apparently daily data is available in Blaine but not to my residence.
I have a heat pump and wish to be able to analyse my dailing useage when I turn on the cooling side of the high efficiency heat pump or activate the well to operate the garden watering system. I have availed myself of your Energy Advisor - better described as useless - and had the meter checked. I want to be able to see my consumption promptly and not up to 2 months later.
Likewise when I got a reminder dated last Feb that I was vastly exceeding my prior use history, It was not possible to immediately correlate the consumption data to the cold weather days when the heat pump reverted to it's internal heating elements. To suggest that I had to wait for up to 2 months for daily detail is totally unacceptable.
I plan to pursue this to the State Level next time there is a rate increase proposal if this service is not made available to all customers who request it. Presently I think your "Energy Conservation" programme is essentially window dressing and a waste of time.
