I am emailing because I had a very bad experience at the Jack in the Box location in my area (740 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98027). I have never emailed with a negative review before, nor have I ever had an experience like this.
I ordered the “Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich” meal. This came with the sandwich, a hashbrown, and a drink. I also ordered a “Value Fries” for $1.
When I drove up to the window to pay, they charged me extra money for fries and excluded the hashbrown (they did not give me the hashbrown). I said that there was a mistake, and they took my debit card, and charged me over $3 more for a hashbrown on top of my order. I tried to explain that this was a mistake. I ordered the “Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich” meal, and it came with a hashbrown.
They recognized they make a mistake, and took my card, and charged me again. After they realized they charged me more than they should’ve, they offered to give me a refund. I said “yes please,” that I would like a refund for their mistake. I gave them my receipt, and they told me they would refund me for their mistake.
Then, they came back, and said they apologized for over-charging me, it was their mistake, but the manager said I could NOT get a refund. They offered me a coupon instead. It was a coupon for a dollar off a sandwich. That is not acceptable. I was overcharged, and did not get what I ordered.
Not only this, but they got my order completely wrong. The sandwich they gave me was not what I ordered. The drive-thru line was piling up. They told me there was nothing they could do. It was their mistake for overcharging me, but there was nothing they could do to fix it.
I was overcharged, they got my order wrong, and offered me a refund (and then said they actually couldn’t give me one). I would like my money back, as I did not get what I ordered. They also never gave me a receipt back.
I am hoping you can help fix this issue. I am extremely unhappy with the service I was provided. They not only got my order wrong, but they overcharged me, offered me a refund, and could not give me a proper refund. AND never gave me a receipt back. I will take this further if needed, but I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue.

Jack In The Box - very bad service
My husband and myself went to this store around 7:20 PM last night to order food for my family of four. We ordered BLT CB Combo, Chz Bac Curly Fry and #12 combo intially. When we learnt there was no substitute of the fountain drink for #12 combo, we changed to the Hmst Rnch Chk sandwich and Med Curly Fry instead. After we made the payment, we realized that the young male Mexican cashier made mistake of charging us for an extra small french fry. We then pointed it out to him but he kept arguing with us. Finally, he agreed to refund us for the over charge but refused to refund us for the associated sales tax. After much argument, another cahier names Francisco Tolosa helped us with the rest. We took our order and left in our car. When we got on highway, we found the fountain drink and french fry were missing for our BLT CB Combo. It was quite a frustrated experience! We definitely gave this store a -* rating!
