We pre-purchased tickets to a movie but couldn't make it. We called ahead of the showing and were told we could come by and pick up vouchers for a later viewing. We did, albeit 8 days later, and Jacob Heflin at Guest Services made us feel like criminals, questioning who we talked to and why it took so long to come pick up the vouchers. While it was none of his business, my pregnant wife has been experiencing medical problems, making picking up the vouchers a low priority. She was greatly upset by the way she was treated and we felt it was important to report the incidence.
