I have been attempting to schedule a training session for me dog, due to the covid19 stay home restrictions I have had to reschedule several times. I originally had an appointment for 5/5, I called today (5/4) to reschedule. I was told that the repersentive who answered the phone could not help me with that but some would call me back in a few minutes. After waiting over and hour for that phone call, I called the office myself wanting to cancel my appointmentat this. The supervisor Jason then told me that if I wanted to "use the customer service as an excuse to cancel I could" and if I was willing to complain about waiting an hour for some one to call me right back I "am no the kind of person they would want to work with any way". Jason then informed me he was the supervisor and the was no one I could speak to about the disrespectful way he had just spoken to me. (I am in the Lynnwood area and was attempting to schedule an appointment to work with trainer connie) I do not wish to work with bark busters any longer but I would appreciate some follow up on the way I was spoken to by Jason today.
