Buffalo Wild Wings - dining service

Tonight 2/22/2020 we decided to go get some wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Spokane Valley, WA. This was our second time at this location. Tonight we had the same experience as our first time. Horrible service since the 6 of us we're sat. Tonight we sat for 25-30 min then I stopped another server and said "Do we have a server tonight?" The gal said "Um you should let me see who's assigned to your table." She came back and said "Kati is assigned but she's finishing cashing someone out but let me take your drink orders." There was 6 of us at our table. She brought us 3 waters and one soda but our 2 bud lights came out later. We had waited an additional 15 minutes From the time we were told who our server was and that she'd be right over. So much for being right over. Then we ordered some appetizers and then food. We waited and waited and waited for our food. Then the server came over and I asked her " Are our appetizers coming out anytime tonight?" The server said " Yes anytime." After another 10 minutes our meals came out. But again 6 people ordered food and we received all but 2 meals. Then our server came over again and asked us how we were. I laughed and said " Well our appetizers NEVER came out." She said " what really?" I told her " take them off my bill we don't want them." And where is our 2 other meals at?" We all waited never saw the waitress again. I finally had enough of this horrible service yet again so I got up found a manager and told her " We've had [censored] service since we were sat. Can we just have our other 2 meals so we can all eat?" Manager came to our table and said " So there was a mix up with the last two orders. They were placed as to go orders. So these two meals are on us." Oh boy thanks for that at least. JESUS heaven forbid you apologize for another horrible experience at your restaurant. And explain something to me. We all ordered at the same time how do 4 meals come out but the other 2 meals get screwed up? They're excuses made no sense all night.
We finally got the other 2 meals and the side order of tacos were very cold all of our meals were cold because we waited to eat ALL TOGETHER. The waitress kept saying thanks for your patience which was getting very old. We over heard her saying them at to multiple tables. We felt they did not care. Does anyone not take acceptance when the messed up anymore?
This was the exact same service we got the first time we came. We will not be back again!
This restaurant has the worst service and A manager that needs to learn better kiss [censored] skills. She looked high and that she could careless. We felt like we were the inconvenience. This place needs a revamp in training. Worst servers I've ever come in contact with and not they're fault. Bad training is to blame.
