This is the last email sent to the Senior District Manager;

**Do you know why I was charged twice for the three months? I think you can understand my worry, I did go back over my account to see I was charged $1,752 on November 12th 2022 but what doesn’t make sense is the credit of $1,752 was made prior to the charge on November 6th 2022?
**Regardless it’s ILLEGAL to charge my account without my authorization, just as it was illegal for Heidi to SIGN my name on one of my contracts which she admitted to!
**I’m expecting a payment ledger from day one of renting (September 2020 to date) from ESS because of how horrible things have been handled. I need to make sure there haven’t been other mistakes/charges done I don’t know about, I’m sure you can understand. Why would I have ever expected any of this to have happened that I needed to keep watch over my account with you.
I’ve looked around at other rates for climate controlled units of the same size and found much less in cost so not sure about the market value? As stated in our conversation I am working to move my belongings from 1179 to 1180 as the rates are too expensive for me.
**You also mentioned I had a credit but you didn’t mention how much? There are a lot of loose ends?

I first contacted Heidi the manager and Judy 10-26-23 and it took Judy three weeks to respond about a bill I received when I’m paid through 7 January 2024? The last two years I’ve paid each year in full. My first unit 1038 became infested with mice because of a filthy customer they moved in next to me. They moved me to another 10x30 but the movers did a horrible job and did damage and things weren’t fitting so moved again to the two 10x15’s. It’s been a literal nightmare and Heidi has been less than kind, understanding, polite, respectful and professional.
Claimed loss: Judy stated they owed me money but neglected to tell me the specifics?
Desired outcome: Need to know how much they have over charged me? I feel I should be given more than a “free month” if they actually did?

Demand to speak with corporate don’t let them brush you off if not go to media. You should ask to speak with district manager or even higher! They shouldn’t treat people this way! They do horrible things alot
