I order a couch that had a chase, they sent the wrong parts. I was told it was going to get re ordered and I should get in 10 days. Day 12 I go into the store and a guy with red hair was a complete jerk! He said they didn't order the correct piece and it was my problem. But he also said that this is the second time this week that this happened. So I had him order the piece. Well won't you know the second delivery was incorrect also. I called the General Manager @ [protected] and expressed my concerns. I sent him a photo of what I had and said I want this resolved. Well they finally delivered the correct couch finally. I called the General Manager since I want some thing done for the horrible service and taking 3 times to get my order right. Well the so called General Manager sucks and never called back. Alfonso Guzman calls himself the General Manager but he won't respond to any of my calls.
This company is horrible and I will tell everyone I know not to shop here! I wanted a refund because of the service and no one will help me.
Who ever is the owner of this store should take a serious look at the complaints and do a rehaul on the management.
Desired outcome: I want a call since I want a refund on my purchase!!!
Furniture Row - Chair
We bought this recliner from Furniture Row 2-3 yrs. ago. We were told this was durable leather. I believe we pay around $600.00 for this chair & now I can't even have people over to sit in it because it looks horrible. I wasn't told or even aware that peeling would happen because it is really fake leather. Now what do we do with this chair? We looked all over town for a reliable chair & was told by the salesman that this was a good chair. We were planning on buying a bedroom set from Furniture Row but now I really don't think we can trust this store. I want this fixed somehow. We take extreme care of our furniture but this was unavoidable. If this isn't fixed, we will not return to this store.
Desired outcome: Either replace chair or offer money back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
