I was checking out with an older friend and he told the guy he ought to smile more because the entire time he didn't speak to us. He didn't make eye contact. He didn't even acknowledge us when we asked for another bag because my friend & I were going separate ways. He then gave us attitude over an extra bag and then proceeded to give a short and insincere have a nice day when we weren't done with our transaction. His supervisor came over and he angryily threw his hands in the air and claimed he couldn't wait to go back to his store. He said his name was Cole which was not the name on his name tag that read Donovan when my friend said he wanted to report him for his bad attitude. When calling the store to report this, Austin the manager answered and didn't seem to care too much as well as the fact that he didn't ask me for any information or anything about my complaint (including not asking for my name). He proceeded to hang up on me before I could finish. So now I am here because this is disgusting customer service and I don't appreciate the blatant rudeness. I don't care if the store is busy and they're having a bad day that's never an excuse to act the way these two did. I work in customer service and god this was just awful.
I also want to add that I go to that Kwik Trip multiple times a day and this is not the standard they usually allow.
