I singular female looking individual, has a very disrespectful approach toward me and it has happend more then once. I think the next time I walk in to Kwik trip in Belmont WI and see this person operating the cash register, I will likely leave and drive another 5 minutes down the road for better and more respectful gas station visit. I have been notified a few times about using the wrong cups to get expresso from the karuba gold machine but then add cappuccino from a different machine. They have explained this to me and I do understand what they are saying. I have came to the counter and told the person who will be checking me out what is in the cup, and everytime I have mentioned it until today they just say it doesn't matter and that it is ok and just scan the cup. Today the person had a very foul tone about what I had done, like I somehow inconvenienced them. I mentioned how I've been told about the cup differences and have been told that it matters and doesn't matter, she said "not here you didnt" and I said actually yes it was that this happend. I don't like being treated like this just because I went to this quick trip. I'm my professional opinion and a member of management team where I work this is not the type of person that should be allowed to talk to people. The person is borderline harassing me, and for what $0.20 cent?
Kwik Trip has a higher standard then what this person is giving...
Desired outcome: Just be kind, it doesn't cost anything to be nice. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes, but they need to leave it at the door when in the work place. If that cannot be done maybe they should just stay home.
