Protest! that is what is about to happen at the Ranson W V location! Ranson is 40 minutes from DC and a major NBC news station and honestly the leaders and management at the Ranson WV location needs to be removed. I have 2 grandchildren and several family friends that are teenagers who are working at the Ranson location. We have documented time after time where the leaders and managers have created a very HOSTILE work environment for these teens and after trying to resolve these times in a Christian way this behavior by YOUR franchise owners have continued and continued to get worse. Teens are being yelled at in front of other workers and brought to tears and this is unacceptable AND not the culture that your restaurant chain puts forth. This is a last ditch effort for you to take control of the leaders and management at this Ranson WV location before this location becomes a huge spotlight on the NATIONAL NBC news. This use to be THE place for Teens and other workers to Want to work and now it is on the verge of a major PROTEST by parents and community members on the Hostile work environment that continues.
