I am a 23 years and 4month retired Air force member who been with Usaa every since 2005. I recently reopened my car insurance coverage in Aug I paid $218.
after i tryed to call usaa.for my next payment due, I was told that the policy has been canceled because of non payment. I had auto deduction thinking that it was paid.So i offered to reinstate my insurance and the woman said i couldn't. to add insults to injury, she said she sent 2 emails,i have over 1000 unopened email because i don't sit on my computer all the time, but i never got a mailed reminder. This stuff is really getting anoying , because it went to collections, Now according to your information over the phone, a recording always comes on saying because the the corona virus impacted the way you do business if i have any problems with making my pays ment they would work with me to resolve the issue. Now i am requesting some one to talk to that department so that i can get my Car insurance reinstated.
